Skyless Protocol is the first general-purpose, stake-free trust layer enabling transparent, interoperable, and AI-integrated governance and verification across digital network.
Skyless introduces Proof-of-Trust (PoT) — a stake-free, dynamic, and verifiable trust framework designed to overcome the limitations of both decentralized and traditional governance. PoT formalizes trust as a modular, adaptable primitive, enabling systems to verify participants and make decisions without relying on wealth, popularity, or static credentials.
This unlocks fairer, more scalable governance for DAOs, cooperatives, NGOs, and public sector organizations. By making trust computable, Skyless enhances verification, improves public goods allocation, and supports AI-driven and human-governed networks alike — laying the foundation for more inclusive and effective decision-making across digital and real-world communities.
Skyless is led by a founder with cross-disciplinary experience spanning AI, music/media, and Web3. Formerly at Universal Music Group in marketing and ops, they later transitioned into AI-driven product development — building infrastructure and prototypes across AI and decentralized systems. Skyless is now their full-time focus, driven by a mission to create fair, scalable, and decentralized trust systems that remove barriers to opportunity.
Currently in pre-release, Skyless has established its core protocol design and is preparing for grants and an arXiv submission of the whitepaper. Positioned as the first general-purpose trust primitive designed for both decentralized and AI-integrated systems, the project has attracted early interest across governance, public goods, and Ethereum-aligned communities.
Skyless is a public goods protocol that transforms trust into a shared asset. It enables communities to openly signal credibility, align intentions, and build trust around collective goals.
At its core, Skyless is a privacy-preserving trust layer for decentralized identity. It issues dynamic, behavior-based trust credentials that are cryptographically verifiable and compatible with Ethereum, Verifiable Credentials, and emerging frameworks like the EU’s EUDI Wallet.
Unlike static KYC, follower counts, or pay-to-verify models, Skyless generates trust scores based on observed behaviors — composable across identities, wallets, and smart contracts. These signals are anchored to decentralized identifiers (DIDs) and verified using Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) to protect user privacy.
Skyless is fully open-source, identity-agnostic, and designed for integration into dApps, DAOs, social platforms, games, and beyond — offering a modular way to verify trust dynamically and securely.
